Can I use an iPhone with my current plan instead of buying an iPhone specific plan?
My current plan has family shared minutes, but unlimited texting and internet use. I am planning on buying an iPhone 3GS from a friend, would it work just fine with my current plan or do I have to have an iPhone specific plan?
You might have to upgrade your plan to kind of like a smartphone plan but an iphone plan since it has all the extra email options and applications.
How can I receive files (pictures and songs) on my blackberry 9000 from other mobile phones through bluetooth?
I am presently using BlackBerry 9000 (previously used 8520). On these two BlackBerry phones I can not received pictures or songs from other mobile phone through bluetooth (though, I can sent pictures or songs to other phone form my BlackBerry phone through bluetooth). Any hint on how I can receive file form other mobile phones on my BlackBerry through bluetooth?
Receiving files from other mobile phones is not as complicated as you have mentioned. Might be there is some software or hardware problem because if you are connected through bluetooth with other mobile phone and you can send your files to that one.
I will suggest you to please check the manual first that how to send/receive the files. It will help you because i have already faced the same problem with my Blackberry.

I haven’t heard of any way to do that. I would use the mobile hotspot and put a secure WPA2 password on it.
