Yes and it’s free. But you need to upgrade your firmware to 2.0 buy plugging in your phone and opening up iTunes and click UPGRADE. It should back up your information and in about 15 minutes you will have the 2.0 and Application store as an icon on your iphone home screen.
How can I connect to xbox live using sprint mobile broadband?
I live out in the middle of nowhere, where dsl and cable are not available. I have sprint mobile broadband and it’s fast and I want to connect my xbox 360 to xbox live. How can i connect my xbox to xbox live using sprint mobile broadband? It’s a sierra wireless compass 597 usb modem, and the connection is listed under dial-up connections. I have it connected directly to the computer using an ethernet cable. thanks!
Ok, listen to my answer because I actually have SMB.
Plug in the wireless device, which I think is the same as mine, into the computer, then go to all connections and go to CDMA, right click that then go to properties, go all the way to the tab Advanced, then check all 3 boxes for the options it gives you, then plug an Ethernet cord into the back of your computer and that same Ethernet cord into your 360, after that right click on the connection titled LAN or Local Area Connection and enable it, if it isn’t already, then connect to the internet by right clicking CDMA and choosing connect, then turn on the Xbox, and if it is like mine in the bottom right hand corner of your screen it should say LAN wire disconnected then it should connect to the 360.
If for w/e you have problems email me, but that is exactly as I did it when I did it step by step through the answer.

the only wireless adapter that works with the 360 is one that microsoft sells. yes, this may be a huge rip-off since they cost (the new ones anyway) up to $95 CDN.

Hey! My mobile phone has recently just stopped working, and I’ve charged it for ages and it still won’t turn on. Don’t give me remedies to turn it back on because to tell you the truth, I don’t really like it and I want a new one. SO, here are my two favourite choices…if you have (heard about) either, could you please write what you know, pros and cons etc and would you recommend it? My two choices are:

What is the difference between 4g and 3g phones and what does the g mean?
It has to do with the technology that the phones use. the network and how fast the phones can use the internet and place calls ect. look at the iphone 3 g link included and read about the 3g technology.

If I were to buy an Apple Iphone 3g and instead of activating the Sim Card on Itunes I put it into another 3g phone, will the phone work?

in the UK the SIM will only work on 3g phones on the O2 network or unlocked units.
its not the SIM that’s activated by itunes (thats done by O2) its the iphone… what number you have ins t important so long as its O2.
remember the SIM from O@ will also be on a special iPhone tariff but the replacement SIM may not be!!
best to use the number and SIM on the proper tariff for the iphone otherwise your ‘free’ features for the iphone will be charged !
